Rates range from $2200 to $2400 per week, plus $125 for cleaning

 

 

Winter Monthly Rates - September 8th, 2024 - June 22nd, 2025

Occupant responsible for cleaning - $150 clean deposit

One bedroom condo: $1850

The condo has a Queen or King bed and Double or queen sleep chest or murphy bed in living area

 

Two bedroom condo: $1950

The condo has a Queen bed and bunk beds or double murphy bed in second bedroom

 

Daily rate if available: $300/day

Plus $125 for cleaning

 

 

Every unit has a deck or patio equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue.

Basic utilities, dishes, cooking utensils, dish washer, and a washer and dryer are also provided.

Shawnigan Lake Beach Resort is non smoking. Pets are also not allowed in condos or on resort grounds. Thank you for your cooperation.
